Mend Your Mind - One Page At a Time

Writing can be an invaluable tool when it comes to processing through struggles or healing from trauma or mental illness. Oftentimes, it's easier to write what we can't say. Furthermore, through writing, people are often able to uncover thoughts or emotions that may be blocking their recovery. In this program I will utilize writing assignments to help you move through stuck points, explore and process various struggles, make sense of your thoughts and emotions and overall move forward in your healing journey. This program can be done either by itself or as an addition to therapy. Each session you will be given a personalized writing assignment to complete. We will then talk about and process through the writing you have done in the next session, uncovering unconscious struggles, stuck points, relevant links and more to help you progress in your healing journey.
